Return & Refund Policy

At Euva, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policy carefully to understand our procedures for returns and exchanges.
1. Overview of Policy
We currently operate under a No Refund policy. However, we are happy to offer Exchanges for items that meet our eligibility criteria. By making a purchase at Euva, you agree to these terms.
2. Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange request. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
Restocking Fee: 15% Restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
Return Label: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind
3. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following requirements:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-exchangeable items:
Items marked as "Final Sale."
Gift cards.
4. Exchange Process
To start an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@euva.us with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
Approval: If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Physical Return Address
Your order may be dispatched from our international fulfillment centers depending on stock availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@euva.us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged or defective goods, Euva will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Refunds
As stated, Euva does not offer monetary refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We only provide exchanges for different sizes, colors, or alternative products of equal value.
