1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders:

Standard Shipping: $500.00 USD (flat rate)

3. Order Processing & Cutoff Time

To ensure timely delivery, please note our daily processing schedule:

Order Cutoff Time: 1:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Delivery Timelines

Our total delivery time is split into two phases: Handling Time and Transit Time. Please note that all days refer to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

Handling Time: 3 – 20 business days. This is the time it takes to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

Transit Time: 3 – 21 business days. This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your door.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 41 business days.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Our primary carriers include:

Your order may be dispatched from our international fulfillment centers depending on stock availability.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website (FedEx or UPS).

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Euva is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
